Montgomery County students from K-12th grades will benefit from United Way’s Project Undercover, a drive for new socks and undies. Students without clean clothes often miss school, Project Undercover makes it possible for lower-income students to wear brand new socks and underwear when they begin the school year, setting them on the path to success. In 2016, over 11,000 pairs of socks and underwear were collected, this year’s goal is to collect 12,000 which will benefit 1200 students.  To help with 2017’s goal, our Cares Program donated 146 undies & sock pairs.
