For the day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 142 points to finish the day at 26,214. The S&P 500 was up 22 points to close at 2,832. Gold was up $1 to trade at $1,334 per ounce, while oil was up $.12 to trade at $63.66 per barrel WTI.
We kick off a busy week of earnings with Netflix tonight, and hundreds of others including P&G, Kimberly Clark, Travelers, Verizon, Ford, GE, United Technologies, Caterpillar, Intel, Starbucks, Union Pacific and Honeywell- just to name a few. Let’s see who the winners and losers are and how their stock prices react. Stay tuned.
Have a nice evening everyone.
