It was another nice, somewhat orderly, advance in stocks today. Continued hope that we will have a robust economic recovery which will not include any long term inflationary pressures is keeping the bulls enthused.
For the day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 56 points to close at 33,502. The S&P 500 was up 17 points to finish the day at 4,097. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 140 points to close at 13,829. Gold was up $13 to trade at $1,755 per ounce, while oil was down $.03 to trade at $59.74 per barrel WTI.

In the meantime, it’s been another good week for the bulls. Let’s see how things finish up tomorrow.
Have a nice evening everyone.
