Were they trading stocks today? I was completely engrossed with testimonies on television. But yes, stocks did trade today with a slight upward bias. 

By the close, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 54 points to finish the day at 26,439. The S&P 500 was up 8 points close at 2,914. Gold was down $11 to trade at $1,187 per ounce, while oil was up $.65 to trade at $72.22 per barrel WTI. 

After the rate hike yesterday, the bulls regrouped a little bit today and pushed stocks to small gains. Let’s see how the week finishes out tomorrow. Now, back to the testimony.
