As we look into the 2nd half of 2018 we find ourselves at about the same spot that we began our 365-day journey. The S&P 500 finished the first half of the year with a slight gain, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished with a slight loss. There was plenty of action along the way, including a gangbuster January and a miserable February, but after all was said and done, we seemed to be right back at the starting gate as we enter the 3rd quarter.
