Friends
It was another day of frantic trading, but mostly in positive territory. It’s the kind of action that even when you end up higher you don’t feel particularly good about it. Today, the today traded within about a 300 point range, but it felt like more.
By the close the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 164 points to close at 24,962. The S&P 500 was up 2 points to close at 2,703. Gold was up $1 to trade at $1,333 per ounce, while oil was up $.98 to trade at $62.66 per barrel WTI.
Well this shortened trading week ends tomorrow, and I wouldn’t even want to guess in which direction. Let’s just see how the week finishes out.
